A full interior gut/demolition began the process. We had all new floor plans which meant beefing up joists, new framing and insulation throughout. We needed all new electrical, plumbing, HVAC , drywall, lighting, kitchen, baths and painting and trim work. Marc and Seth approached the project in a very professional manner. “There were many variables under consideration when deciding which general contractor would best meet our re-building needs after experiencing a devastating home fire. Project cost, of course, was very important, but so were other factors like overall comfort level, professionalism, experience and knowledge.
